reach_scotland is still available, however, as more and more people are using social networking sites like FaceBook, Bebo and MySpace, we decided to create a group page for the REACH Scottish Branch on FaceBook.
The FaceBook group is a closed community. This means that -
the group's Admininstrators must approve requests for new members to join
although anyone can see the group description, only members can see the Wall, discussion board and photos
because of the above, we can better ensure the safety of those using the group.
You must be a FaceBook user to join the group. Once you have a FaceBook account, please email Carl - reachscottishbranch@mail.com - who will forward your email address onto the Admins and they will add you to the group, using your email address. Please do not try to join the group using the FaceBook "Join" feature. The only way the Admins can ensure that you are bonfide, is if you make the request through Carl. If you would like any of your friends or family to join, please forward their email address to Carl. Any requests made through FaceBook itself will be politely declined.
